Electric Feel is an Auckland-based electrical business founded and run by Matt — the Managing Director and the only electrician on the tools. That means the person you speak to on the phone is the same person who shows up in the van, completes the work, and signs it off.

Yes. Matt is a licensed New Zealand electrician registered with the Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB), and Electric Feel carries full public-liability insurance. All work is completed to NZ electrical regulations.
Yes — free written estimates are available by phone or email for most jobs. For larger or on-site quotes Matt will visit at no cost.
Standard hours are Monday–Friday 7:00am–5:30pm. Saturdays are by special request, and emergency electrical services are available after-hours by arrangement.
Typical reply time is within three hours during business hours. After-hours messages are returned first thing the next working day, or sooner for emergencies.
Matt does, personally. Electric Feel is a true owner-operator business — the person on the tools is the same person quoting the job and signing off the work. No sub-contractors swapped in.
